Nice place to get some gifts or a coffee. Be careful with the icap store. They sell fake New Era caps with very realistic-looking badges. I had no idea and fell for it.

A nice little shopping area right next to the Riu hotels in Play del Carmen. Gifts, snacks and pharmacy.

This place is very close to the Wyndham Hotels (both Maya and Azteca), Riu and Playa Allegro. If you are looking for souvenirs then look no more! You will find them in all shapes, colors, sizes. I can't comment on the prices because I did not buy anything. There is a Starbucks quite close and there is a car rental agency, a couple restaurants and a 7/11 nearby.

Well staying in Playa del Carmen we visited the PlayaCar center many times for different things that we needed. The pharmacy there was very helpful with anything that you wanted to buy. The people that had the silver store were super nice And give me a shot of some kind of tequila lol.

A mini mall, massage business, fitness club, Taco stand, several jewelry stores, several clothing stores, so many mini souvenir shops. It's so much fun to shop around. Some shop owners can be pushy or rude when you don't want to buy there things. It's safe, it's a gated community. We walked around at night because it was too hot during the day. A must see.

Very nice souvenir shops and low pressure to buy. Excellent place for handbags and summery attire for the family.

This plaza is a great place to stroll to front your resort. PLEASE just make sure you use a currency converter so you know what you're paying. Prices can start INCREDIBLY high. There's an amazing massage spot here we loved. Much cheaper than the resorts. There's even a Starbucks. Super safe to navigate.
